Every product we make is different.
We use Epoxy Resin in all our products but we also have a selection of Sterling Silver Jewellery which we source from reputable suppliers

How Long Does It Take To Make My Item?
Our usual lead time for a DNA/Memorial product is anywhere between 1-3 weeks. This is so we can receive your inclusion, prep anything that's needed and create your item.
We do try to get your products posted sooner than expected but during busy times this may be a little longer

What If I Need An Item Quicker Than The Usual Time?
We will always try and accommodate people's needs. Before placing an order, please do contact us via the website, email or social media pages to advise what you need and how quickly you need it. In most instances we will be able to accommodate this for you but there may be occasions where we have too many orders to fit more in and we will advise the best delivery we can achieve.

We have several ways of ordering.

What Can Be Added To the Resin/Jewellery?
Most things can be added to resin.
We are happy to work with most things, ashes/hair/breastmilk etc
We will not work with:
Wet Specimens (bodies of animals)
Embryos

Where Do You Ship To?
We currently only ship to the UK. This is mainly due to there being rules on posting remains internationally. Also due to the sensitivity of the products we make, things like Breastmilk may not manage the journey.

How do I know about your colours and glitters?
We are currently getting a new up to date list of our colours and glitters that are available.
Until these are ready, please type in the colour/glitter you would like. We can then contact you if there are different shades or styles to chose from

How do I get the ashes/fur/breastmilk to you?
When ordering please include a way to contact you so we are able to send you the address to send your item to.
Below is how each thing ideally needs to be sent to us.
Ashes
Please make sure there is roughly 3 tablespoons worth in a secure bag and double bag/tape to make sure its secure.
Any ashes not used will be sent back with finished items.
Fur/Hair
Please make sure there is about a handful of hair/fur, place in a secure bag and double bag/tape to make sure its secure.
Any hair/fur not used will be sent back with finished items.
Breastmilk
Please make sure there is at least 15ml worth in a secure bag and double bag/tape to make sure its secure. The breastmilk need to be defrosted first, if it has been frozen.
Any milk that has not been used can be sent back as a powder. Unfortunately it is not possible to send back as a liquid. If you would rather it be disposed of, please let us know.
Flowers
All flowers/petals need to be dried out before encasing in resin. If they are already dried please send to above address in a secure bag and double bag/tape to make sure its secure.
If you have fresh flowers that you wold like me to dry out, please put them in an enclosed tub (like takeaway plastic tubs) and make sure it is secured shut. Or if you would like to dry them yourself, please have a look at this link for ways to do this:

When sending the fresh flowers, please only use petals or buds and not a full bouquet.
